New Gym!

Hello Everyone! My name is AJ.... My partner and I, Josh, just opened Coastal Elite... We are located in Merritt Island, FL... This first year we have a Junior 2 and a Senior 3....and comments and suggestions by any coaches out there are WELCOME and requested.... and any Ideas from cheerleaders from other gyms on ways to make our practices fun and exciting would be greatly appreciated as well!!

My team is a Senior team, but my Junior team liked to do this too, its really for all ages all you do is right diffrent tumbling and stunting and jumps etc things that are in there routine sticky notes. Than stick them on the wall so they cant see whats written on them than have them take 2 of them off and add them in to the run through. Then they pick 2 more, and more until they are doing a full out. :) It is a more fun way to full outs and run throughs.
