I love the sound of the fruit vinaigrette. I've been mixing extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice... don't do it. Thank you everyone I still try these :-)

It's so refreshing! And you can always mix it up by adding other things or taking some out. Sometimes he'd use grilled chicken and sometimes he'd buy like chicken strips from the grocery store and cut them up and put them in there. Another one my parents always make is this oriental salad. Not sure if this is the exact recipe they use but it's pretty close. Sometimes they add chicken in it too.

So we're trying to drive home from Louisville right now, there's nobody on the highway except us and trucks, and only one lane is clear enough to drive in. we've been driving for an hour and a half and gone like 50 miles. So slow.... It was already a 6 hour drive but at this rate....

Anyone on here who knows about muslces/joints that sorta thing? Trying to study for a test on thursday.

Can anyone help me understand plantar-flexion and dorsi-flexion?
I have written down in my book :
Plantar-flexion - planting toes into ground
Dorsi-flexion - bringing toes to shin
But I was wondering if anyone could give me a real life example. Struggling to picture it in my mind if that makes sense.

Dorsiflexion- toes to nose
Plantarflexion- like your pushing on a gas pedal (also like pointing your toes in cheer :p)
That's what I've always used.

My grandma just called me to tell me that my school district has a two hour delay.... But we don't. I checked two official sites and 3 local news stations. I had my hopes up.

Does anyone have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel? I've been trying to figure out this problem for my online class forever and I can't even figure out how to do it in the book. SO frustrating.
I have to "construct a formula to calculate the projected operations cost after the foretasted increase is implied". I know how to do the math but I do not know how to make it into a functioning formula.

I have to take 35,617,667 x 3.5% and then take than answer and add it to 35,617,667.
So I thought my formula would be =(B35*B31)+B35 but when I type that in my answer appears as ##### not 36,860,285 as it should be. Can anyone help?!

Sorry if this sounds patronizing but is the column definitely wide enough!? If not, not a clue haha

Did you double click the column headers? Sounds like a space issue.

Oops. Saw Ren already asked that. Also check your beginners for the formula. Make sure there aren't stray characters.

Ah thank you! This makes sense! I kept thinking that plantarflexion was like placing your foot onto the ground (plantar=placing... my brains logic is kind of there?!) and kept getting it wrong! Thank you!

Today, I had to drive for about an hour, so I put cheer music on shuffle mode in my car. For a moment, I thought my MP3 player was psychic because the first three songs that came up were this year's NCA champs (Twinkles, Panthers and Generals) ! The fourth song was the No Name All Stars though, so the streak stopped abruptly .

Only other way I can think of doing it is multiplying by 103.5%, but I can't see why it would make any difference. Good luck!

I ended up getting a hold of my dad and I guess somehow my cell format was wrong so I had to change it to currency 1,234.10) and then the number signs turned into the number I needed. But thank you & @Dixie for the suggestions!
