Does anyone know where I can buy some pillow forms for cheap? I want to sew and make my own throw pillows but I'm having a hard time finding the pillow part for cheap. I've found some for like 7 dollars but I know there's got to be cheaper ones..

I stumbled across the world of spoken poetry on youtube the other day and I am so obesessed, I've been listening to so many poems all weekend! This one is called "If I should have a daughter.." by a woman named Sarah Kay (so far, she's my favorite poet) during a TED Talk conference(?). . I just fell in love, so I thought I would share :)

What's the difference between spoken word and slam poetry? The sound the same to me but one is wayyyyyy longer. Regardless, they are pretty amazing.

No judgement but like some of the girls are like 2 or less years out of HS and like it wouldn't be a big deal if half of my former teammates weren't moms. One was a lesbian one time I went on to FB, and then she was pregnant the next time like what!

I was curious about that too. A lot of the spoken word poems I watched on youtube were also tagged with slam poetry so idk!

I think slam poetry is angry/excited spoken word? I consider spoken word to be like the one that was posted up there and then slam poetry to be like the "rape poem to end all rape poems" floating around tumblr
Also a lot of slam poetry I've seen has multiple people but I'm not sure if that's common in spoken word?
I'm not really sure but I love both!
