How does UCA staff their camps? Can you go anywhere within your region, regardless of the state? I always assumed you stayed within your state but now I'm wondering

There are regions (Midwest, northeast, mid south, etc) and then those regions are divided up based on number of staff and customers I believe. For example I'm on Indiana/Wisconsin staff and I live in Indiana. They try to keep you in your state for convenience sake but if you're needed elsewhere then you'll be put there. My next 2 camps are in IL and OH.

I'm very grossed out right now, I bought some gluten free bread this morning and just opened it and there was mold all over it, it was in date too. :(

You can try freezing your bread! (instead of the refigerator if it molds that quickly). The freezer will preserve the bread much better. You''re not alone- the same thing happened To me when I bought my first pack of whole wheat bread, but once I put it in the freezer, the molds wouldn't appear!

What region are you guys considered to be in? I know you said your roommate is Midwest for NCA, which means she would probably have met my coaches who do NCA.
