I watched 60 Minutes with as open of mind as I could give it and I walked away wondering what people saw in Trump. He clearly has no experience, he clearly has no idea what he actually signed up to do, and some of the recent things he's stated---
1. If you don't take a salary, I don't care. But don't use this as your reason not to release your taxes because that is exactly why I think he's doing it.
2. How much time does he have to spent IN the White House...why is this a thing? Sorry, dude, you've traded in the Gold Palace for a White House. Some would think that's a trade up.
3. He doesn't actually want to do this.
It is very clear that he has no idea what being a President is and the fact that he's still tweeting up a storm is ridiculous. We are already a laughing stock, no need to beat the horse further.
As for his appointments, I have a difficulty seeing how anyone thought these guys were good choices. You can stay away from the 'crazy media' and do your own research and it doesn't make me have anymore faith in this administration.
One comment I saw, that I actually agreed with, was when Nate Silver told Trevor Noah that he thought Trump's policies would be dictated by his poll numbers. He is so obsessed with himself and his image of how other people see him, that if he gets the right amount of push back he'll change his mind to ensure his polls numbers stay high. I realize we have our own Hamilton thread now, but the comparison's you can make from Trump to Burr is startling.
