This is old. Saw them this weekend and their uniforms are the same
Yeah I figured it was an old uniform because all the other pictures are their normal uniforms. Isn't there another gym/team that has the same logo and same colors?
I know the uniforms I saw were Kentucky Elite in Chattanooga this weekend.Keystone Elite maybe?
Hmmm idk. Maybe I just saw the KE, orange and blue and got overly excited.... Haa sorry for any confusion. Might be KeystoneKeystone Elite maybe?
I personally love having u as a coach yes u push us but thats what ur supposed to do bcuz u want us to do good and YES U CONDITION US!!!! But it's fun at the same timeAgain, each to their own. I think there are teams that are NO fun and win. There are teams that have TOO MUCH fun, and win. There are teams that balance having fun, and being strict that win. No one way its the wrong way. I can't speak for Ultimate as a whole, but I can speak for myself. I think its safe to say that my kids enjoy my balance as a coach of being able to be very strict and push them (I am a conditioning guru), but also a big softy and emotional when I need to be to be able to connect. I have coached kids that have not liked my coaching style, and have chose another gym. No harm no foul. Some kids want to be pushed harder, or have MORE fun, and don't like having both at the same time. Thats okay. I had a High School Coach that was too much fun, and all I wanted to do was work harder then she would push us. I had a college coach that would push me too hard and practices were not really ever fun. I coach how I wish I could have been coached, and each coach will have their own experience.
What state do you live in? I can contact your per or you can call the main office and they will give you pass your information on to the rep for your area to contact you. The website has the phone number. www.gkelite.comwhen it comes to ordering GK uniforms, how do you go about making your own custom uniform? do you phone them up and describe it, let them know what style of arm/ neck you want, etc?... my team is looking to get new ones and we knwo what we want, but it's sort of a mash up of other uniforms (if that makes sense)
Wait til Worlds! Since Prodigy got their full paid bid at WSF - They are going to use the money they saved to buy a premium version of these. This team got the $100 version tutu's, Prodigy is going to get $300 tutu's. I think they will look similar, except Prodigy will have $200 worth of BLING on theirs!
*Note* Sarcasm!
Each to their own on the opinions of the tutu's. I think they are cute, esp for a Youth or Mini team. I was watching all the kids put these on (they are not attached) and they were all smiles and looked like they loved them. If these were on a Senior team, I would agree that would be outside my way of thinking. Truth be told, they can't be THAT distracting if they just won SuperNationals against 11 teams.
Side note: Quite a few of the girls program-wide actually did get one each of a purple and light blue hair extension at the end of last season, the glue in kind that are attached using heat & real hair so we could curl it. Our Junior 2 team brought someone in to do them at the gym as a fundraiser to go to US Finals.Actually-to whichever UA person mentioned it, don't go for a purple wig. But a clip-in streak of purple would be preferential over the tutu. Rockin the 80s without letting the 80s rock you..
I would dig it..as an actress I can't alter my hair much due to role limitations but I can do clip-in whatever. Secure it so a flying streak of purple hair doesn't take someone's eye out and you'd be good to go. Heck, that would be a cheer trend I could enjoy..Side note: Quite a few of the girls program-wide actually did get one each of a purple and light blue hair extension at the end of last season, the glue in kind that are attached using heat & real hair so we could curl it. These girls are amazing and who are you to be putting up pictures of anyone's child? I expect someone to remove this picture unless of course one of these girls belong to you. And I KNOW none of them do.
We do this because our routine is an 80's theme and the hair and tutu go hand in hand.
GOD forbid someone be different.
I saw a picture of what looks like a new SOT uniform on Facebook but i'll let someone else post it. I AM IN LOVE WITH IT THOUGH! Perfect combination of their classic style with a modern edge.
i think theyre talking about the ones on varsitys facebook?Which one? All of our teams have different unis this season except youth 1 and junior 2 (they have the same). All level 5's have a version of the GK uni. Sr 4 has yet to be posted, they look like the level 5 but in primarily black. Sr3 is similar to the youth/junior uni but with shoulder cutouts.
