College Pike Double?

Figured I'd post this here because more of you are likely to know in college than allstar.
Does anyone (specifically flyers) have tips for a flyer working a pike open double basket? Like OSU large coed did last year. A flyer on my team is working it and she is watching video after video and just can't figure out how to properly do it so the double is easy.

Can she do pike opens with no flip and pike fulls.

Yes she can. I think her problem is coming out of the pike how/when to do the double.

the key is spinning as you rip the pike open. the flyer has to literally pull out of the pike hard enough so that it snaps and happens fast enough to spin out of it.

the pike should open with feet opening to 11 or 1 oclock (if you look at the basket from the side and compared her body to a clock lol)
