Yes, I am aware of that. I just feel like it is a personal matter with her family to declare that in private. Not by her 'fans' on social media.

    Speaking of Erica...

It's great to be young! One week is the worst week of your life, and the next seems like the best! Real or fake, she's a tough cookie. I think she'll be okay.

I think with this person A who posted the picture had to be the one taking the picture? Like if person B took a picture of themselves and sent it to person A, and then A posted it, the law wouldn't apply

If person B took a picture of themselves and sent it privately to person A, it certainly doesn't give person A the right to post it publicly IMO. That being said, I strongly discourage sending nudes pictures of oneself (or allowing such pictures to be taken).

i agree I just mean if you take the picture of yourself and send it the person who posts it can't be charged under the proposed law

Why not ? Does the person who took the picture really make a difference in that law ? The person who mentionned it just said that anyone who posted such pictures with malicious intent could be charged. If the person who posts the picture is also the one who took it, it might aggravate the charges, but is it really what matters for the law to apply ?
(not trying to start an argument, I just don't know US laws and I'm rather curious about it!)
