what companies put out competitions that offer something for pom squads?

Is that different than a Pom dance routine? Cause I know that quite a few large competition also have another stage set up for dance. Just looking at the World's website the following competitions gave out bids - Universal Spirit, UDA, Cheersport, NDA, and American Cheer Power.
