College Practice During The Summer

I tried searching and did not see a thread....for those of you who cheer in college, would you mind sharing when you start practicing during the summer?

We have a few days of double sessions in June. We don't practice again until the end of July, 4 days before camp, when we have double sessions everyday up until camp.

Last year we had a work week, which as it sounds was just a lot of work, then team camp (also a lot of work) and then NCA camp. We reported to school two weeks early for both camps. Overall it's not a huge commitment, compared to the rest of the year anyway.,

All of my people are local, so we start practice in late May. We only get a week off in June and July. Camp is usually the first weekend in August. Then we are off until school starts at the end of August.

We have our first practice in late June for one weekend. Though its not much of a team practice because alot of out of state people dont make it. Then we have work week in July and our Home camp right before we go to NCA camp at SMU. So we have 10 days of practice during the summer before we got to camp.

Our entire team minus 3 are out-of-state.. We don't have camp until atleast a week into August usually so we normally get back to practicing around August 1.
