I practice tumbling at home almost everyday. I usually practice skills I don't have on the ground yet or aren't comfortable doing them on the grass on my trampoline. I'm getting close to my standing tuck. I was curious as to how I could make my trampoline less bouncy so I could practice my tucks while still ending safe. I don't have mats, but I'm willing to buy some if anyone knew which ones would work best for this.

Practicing on your trampoline or on the grass at home is awesome!

It's a great way to:

1. Get hurt.

2. Learn incorrect technique that later has to be fixed!

But seriously. You cannot un-bouncy your trampoline, but you CAN get hurt. Get a mat, go to open gym, something.

Home tumbling is a coaching nightmare! (personal opinion.)
