Question About Pro Shop T-shirt Sizing

I'm ordering my first pro shop shirt (long sleeved) from Cheer Athletics and I wanted to know how their sizes run. I have found that when it comes to T-shirts i'm between sizes and if these shirts run a bit smaller I'll order a size up. Also, if they shrink after washing, please let me know.

Typically those box fruit of the loomish type shirts are pretty spacious and don't shrink. The one thing I will say is if you're in between a YL and an AS the only difference is the AS comes down further. Other than that I would not order up, you'll wind up swimming in it

Usually yes, its those standard boxy T-shirts, unless it specifies something like feminine cut or Ladies

they tend to shrink after the first time being washed becasue of the material, but i would order a size up just to be safe :)
