Can anyone offer some tips on how to recruit more girls for a brand new program? We've tried recruiting through the girls we currently have and have created a facebook page to get the word out through social networking. Any other tips?

Whatever you do don't approach kids or parents that are currently in another program.

If your program is safe, professional, and has a good reputation then people will come to you if you simply put the word out there.

Don't underestimate the power of social media.
