Roundoff Handspring Tucks?

i am for sure right now.. i get my coach to spot me, practice on a tumble track (which makes it so high i cant land) , and just remember technique. no matter how high your rebound is, if you throw your head back in your tuckk it'll go low. tuck your chin in, ride then tuck your legs :) no cowboys!

that's my biggest problem, I get scared and throw my head back :banghead: I'm starting to get back into it though. I'm sure after I land a few my body will be like OH YEAH that's how tucks are done hahaha

i finaly just got my round off backhandspring tuck the other night after loosing it once then trying for another year to get it back! and i was in the same boat as you with the real powerful tumbling and it helps me to continue that power into my tuck by squeezing all my muscles super tight through the whole pass and then using a fluent motion from my backhandspring into my tuck so i dont resist what so ever! push hard and keep pushing until the skill is done, think FAST!
