I find that most coaches don't want the wrap on the floor. My CP's all star coaches wouldn't teach it with a wrap because its very difficult to get girls away from it, and its a way to compensate for not having the core strength to pull adequately.I would recommend grabbing your shins. This will force you to pull them up and tuck. Also try thinking about pulling up through your toes. This will pull your toes/ feet towards your head, helping you tuck.
