i know there has to be some track runners on here. what's the secret??? i've been running to keep in shape on the off season, and my calves are getting huge! (well, that's all relative, considering i've always had chicken legs) i'm going to switch to swimming once we open the pool, but in the mean time, i don't want to turn into a body builder over here lol any suggestions?
