Hey guys, my school's cheerleading practice starts in a week and I'd really like to have a solid scorpion by then. I am almost there but it needs some work. What are some really awesome stretches I could do? Thanks

When you do your splits, lean backwards, onto your back leg. This will improve the flexibility in your lower back, making it easier to pull a scorp, or needle.
Also, the 'wasit' stretch in this video is VERY helpful! The stretch starts at 0:16.
