ok so i have my right leg splits, but i can not get my right leg scorpion while my left leg scorpion is fine. would this have something to do with back flexibility?? please help :)

Splits aren't really going to help your scorpion. You have to stretch your back to get your scorpion more flexible, and you also have to have the arm strength to pull it and hold it.

I use Gabi Butler's stretching routine for my back and I also practice pulling it every night. A month ago I couldn't pull my scorp and now I'm working on my straight leg:)

Do back bends, bridges, and in your splits raise your arms and have someone pull you back as if you're doing a scorpion in a split. Also, you could do a split up a door frame and use the other side to push your chest up and to push your split against the frame of the door.

A really cool way is to do wall splits...just slide your scorp leg on the wall and have a partner pull your upperbody up to the back of your leg as far as you can go
