Hi! We are Cheer Pride All Stars out of Whippany, NJ (About 35 minutes west of NYC) and we are looking to add some staff to our program.
About us:
We are now about to enter our 3rd season! We are proud of the growth in our program since last season, as we moved from competing mostly at locals to doing mostly Varsity and Jam events this season. Our Junior 1 actually earned a bid to the Summit this year, which we were not expecting to happen so soon! We have grown from our first season of 20 athletes on a level 1/2 team to now 60 athletes across 5 teams Levels 1-3. We also have a growing tumbling program with about 40 outside athletes coming in on a weekly basis for tumbling Levels 1-5. We have great kids and great parents, and are proud to call ourselves DRAMA-FREE! We are a fun staff to work with- our motto is work hard, play hard! We have reached a point where we really need to add more people onto our coaching and tumbling staff who can teach and perfect all level skills, but especially levels 3-5. We are especially looking to add one person to be our program "guru" to help us move from being a successful local/regional gym to being a nationally successful gym.
Criteria for All Star "Guru":
Coaching Experience in Levels 1-5
Confidence and Experience with spotting Level 3-5 Tumbling
Strong technical knowledge of stunts and tumbling
Able to clean and perfect a routine at any level
Willing to work with every team in the gym
Help us take our program to the next level!
We are also looking for Team Coaches and Tumbling Instructors for all ages and levels!
