in my first year coaching allstars, I had a youth 2 (jr prep then)who competed 4 assisted toss hands to extension- they cradled out and everything... Those babies are now on senior 4 and 5, how time flies! :)

Seen many do this and more (not to discredit the base awesome job!) I think female basing has really stepped up and should be recognized for how strong they are becoming.

oh guys btw, @ualegacy is the girl who does the unassisted. yesterday she was doing low to highs and full arounds at the top unassisted. what she does in the routine is easy compared to what she can really do! :)
