I'm currently trying to build some low cost equipment for my team and I'd really love to see your ideas. Let's get creative!

I've started out with taking one of these furniture transport things:

I took off the wheels. The black pad spins. So I'm thinking about making something to practice staying tight during a full up/around...

You can also leave the wheels on and use them for conditioning...we actually just use the furniture movers that slide on carpet....for abs. They hold one of the low bars (it's only about 3-4 inches off the ground) stretch out like a push up position, put their toes on the sliding furniture movers and have to pull their feet into the bar in the tuck position. ;)
