Standing Back Tuck

Looking for exercises and ways to practice working on a standing back tuck at home. Any hints and/or suggestions?
 
The coaches at my daughters gym tells them to do a lot of core exercises and to jump back on the bed while pulling the legs up in the tuck position.
 
My daughter was a gymast and when they learned back tucks (for beam) they used a harness to get used to going backward and then "roll-up" drills where they worked on core muscles and abs. The abdominals is they key.
 
I just did a lot of core conditioning when I started learning standing tucks!(: I used the link above also(:
