im having trouble getting my knees to my chest in my standing full and i arch... tips to fix this?

pulling your knees to your chest is tuck jumping, it doesnt rotate you, you have to roll your hips (pelvic tilt) to flip, and you should be tight arched when you set... do you have video so maybe I can see what else might be happening?im having trouble getting my knees to my chest in my standing full and i arch... tips to fix this?
