Ok guys! I know this has probably been posted before but I need help with my problems! Ok, so I've been working on my tuck for 3 years, I've gotten rid of my bad habits I used to have and now my coaches at my gym tell me I'm piking my tuck but at camp the told me I wasn't tucking( like my feet were kicking my butt) I have confidence in it, but whenever I throw it, I land on my knees! Help!
 
If you're dragging you feet behind, think about pulling your knees/feet over your head when you tuck. I find when mine start slowing down, I have to think about pulling my feet over my head, not just tucking my knees up

For another visual, try to kiss your knees. This will lift your hips and prevent you from throwing your head back.
