I need some serious help, advice, & tips.
I SUCK at standing tumbling and I don't know how to fix it. Every night at my gym I dread standing tumbling. I've just never been good at it.
I bend my legs too far in my bhs, i cant help but bend my arms,(I bend one arm more than the other causing me to go crooked) I have no speed what so ever, & I look awkward doing it.

Any tips ? Drills I could do ?
What can I do to get more power ?

Handstand block drills can help with your arms bending. It will help you to learn to push through your shoulders. Sit back drills can help with helping you to learn to jump the proper way for the backhandspring. Hope this helps :)

Work your bhs down a wedge mat, focus on swing your arms fast to your ears and push all the way through your toes pointing them helps keep your legs straight. Once your form improves down the wedge, do them starting half way down the wedge and then on a flat mat.
Think positive thoughts too, find one thing you did right in your bhs and not all the things that went wrong. Good luck!
