Stretching (getting More Flexible) Advice?

Can any of you help me? I've been cheering for four years, and I've been trying to get my Scorp for a long time, but I still cant get it. Does anyone have stretching tips or some advice that would help me?

practice by leaning up against a wall and have a teammate lift your leg up and arch back. It really helps back flexibility
