All-Star Tiny's At 10pm ??? Jamz Nationals

Just put my little ones (3 and 5) down to sleep (I'm a nanny) at 6:30. Then I see a thread where minis are on at 10 and youth are on at 11:20? Noooo way would that be happening if I was coach.

I thought Jamz was a sanctioned event? I wonder if they got an exception to the sanctioned event standards (see 1.g here: US All Star Federation: WHAT ARE SANCTIONED EVENTS? )

I would totally be Suzie's mom if my tiny or mini age child was going on that late. I'd be calling JAMZ and commenting on all of their social media. That's just not ok. The awards are at 11:30!

My little brat has aways been a night owl since birth (my sister used to come home from the night shift, take my very woke baby out of crib and talk to her until they both fell asleep) and would probably preform better at night, but I would still be up in arms! When she was 11 & under, she was in bed by 7:30/8pm, if she didn't fall asleep until 11pm that was fine, but she needed to be in bed resting by 8pm. I would not have appreciated her up and running around well past midnight! And I don't know about anyone else kids, but mine usually can't eat a huge meal until after she performs, so then I would need to feed her dinner at 11:30pm!! Seriously, this is just way too much!!

I don't see any USASF logos on the website, so they may not be sanctioned. Do you have to be sanctioned to give bids to world's?

Beside the whole "past their bedtime" issue, I wouldn't want my tiny/mini/youth-aged child out in VEGAS past 6pm, much less 10 or 11pm.

I just got the funniest mental picture of a bunch of 4 and 5 years olds hitting the casinos in sparkly dresses.

This is crazy! My ten year old would not be able to compete that late. Her bases would just have to hold a sleeping child in their arms.
