I used to have TERRIBLE jumps but now my jumps are literally 10x better.
-as already mentioned, ankle weights can help, wear ankle weights when practicing jumps at home, start with a one pound ankle weight and work yourself up so you dont get hurt
-do v-ups, but instead of keeping you legs together, do them as if doing a toe touch lying down.
-basic leg kicks can also help you.
-practice EVERYDAY .
-if you have a partner, here are some partner drills-
-grab onto your friends arm and have your friend grab onto your arms, so that you two are facing each other, and you are holding both arms. Do a toe touch, without using your friend as a boost, and then have your friend do a toe touch. Reminder, don't go at the same time :)
-last but not least have your partner grab onto your hips and lift you up, while you do a toe touch
