Tribe Cheer is currently in search for a well qualified coach to be added to our already experienced, competitive, upbeat, encouraging, and athlete growth driven staff starting at $20,000 with an opportunity to reach 40-50k.
Job Opportunities:
*Must be willing to take on a large amounts of the following.
-Class program coach 5 days a week for all kinds of classes (Sunday-Thursday)
-Cinsistence tumbling private instructor for 10+ athletes a week
-Team tumbling coach
-School teams assistant coach
Advancement possibilities:
-All-star team coach
-School team head coach
-Manage departments of business such as fund raising or pro shop
-Class program Director
Qualification:
-A positive encourager at all times
-Can effectively lead a disaplined environment
-Selfless towards staff and athletes while never taking credit but always giving credit
-Very knowledgeable in proper tumbling technique
-Experienced, capable, and willing to coach and safely spot all ages and sizes of athletes at a minium of running round of back handspring layout and standing 2 backhandsprings to layout.
-Tribe Coach's coach all levels and ages with equal importance so no ego's or big heads...thank you!
