They say that I'm constantly working and blocking the tv and to stretch somewhere els but I have nowhere else to stretch!!:(Why do they get angry? My cp is stretching in her room while learning, in the living room watching tv - she is not tumbling because there isn't enough space :-).
I'm happy she isn't laying on the sofa and working on her flexibility. But i'm a cheer coach, so that could be the difference. Ask them why it bouthers them and why they get angry.
Tell them why it is important to work at home to get a better cheerleader.
As long as you don't tumble in front of the tv while there's something they want to watch, they could understand that it is important to you and support you!
Round offs, handstands, backbends, and stretching/ conditioning for backhandsprings like doing handstand snap downs, handstand blocks and things like thatWhat kind of tumbling? As a mom, I have no problem with stretching as long as CP isn't constantly taking up the whole room. Our rule is no major tumbling just for safety reasons. Plus, tumbling is LOUD if someone is in a room under you.

The only thing about tumbling all over the house is the possibility of injury. My daughter loves to tumble down our long entryway but i get scared becuase it is not carpet it is ceramic tile. What should I do?? Well if you're effecting others in the family the I can see their reasoning. Can you stretch in your room? They say that I'm constantly working and blocking the tv and to stretch somewhere els but I have nowhere else to stretch!!:(
