Just force yourself to do it. Often! Something that helped me was when our coach started a new thing...he would start count (5,6,7,8...) and everyone on the team had to do their backhandspring (or tuck) individually in front of everyone. It really helped since you didn't want to be the only one not doing your tumbling. And also just believe in yourself! I like to tell myself that it's "just a backhandspring, not like I'm doing a standingfull" Good luck! :)
