Oh yes congratulations you are a national champion but you will have to wait for your jacket AND your medals. Nothing beats the feeling of winning and walking away empty handed!

So, here's a question...my CP didn't compete in this competition but had friends from another gym that did...we were watching the final placements on twitter and wondering-do they announce the placement for every team? Some of those divisions were huge-do they announce "In 20th place etc. etc." or did they just announce maybe the top 3? I cannot imagine how hard it must have been for the kids who were in the teams at the very bottom...

Yes, every team was announced. Even though it's never fun being at the bottom, I personally think it's worse when the teams aren't even recognized at those competitions that only announce top 3.

Our gym has avoided USA comps for years, considering JamBrands pulled most of their event from CA, we decided to give it a shot.

USA Nationals was a joke. Warmups were about the worst. Their communication was awful. The time they took away from one of teams tumbling warmups, they even told one of our teams not to take the floor for awards because "they were in the next round" to miss being on stage for their name to be called.

I hope we don't go back, ever.

How do they decide division splits at this comp? Looking at the results sr2 small div I had 8 teams and the div II had 21! why why not split it down the middle and do two div with 15 teams each?

Does anyone know who coaches Hawaii All Stars ?? They had such GREAT routines, great technique and amazing choreography. I couldn't find any facebook or web site for them. Very good routines and very clean.

They were in my division, I was hearing things (from them) that they practice every day from 5am- noon.
