you could always try to call their customer service number and ask.

it was late last year. If I remember correctly I think a general schedule was released barely a week prior and the OOA not until the week of. Best of luck to everyone competing!!

Well thats not encouraging.. lol. I would just assume that teams would be pretty much all registered. I wouldnt think some team would all of a sudden decide to go..lol.. thanks for the info though.

It's at Wide World of Sports. It's basically a huge tent with a stage and stuff inside. It's just a bit past the Milkhouse.

So those that compete or have awards later Sunday night, do those teams miss the Celebration Party? I mean.. wasnt that supposed to be one if the "perks" of buying travel package??

We have two teams attending. One competes at MGM one at WWOS. How much time should we allow to get from one facility to the other?

Really it depends on the traffic. The Atlanta Braves training camp is held at WWoS and they have games on the weekends. The past few years it's been CRAZY since they have played the Yankees- this year they won't be, however it can still be VERY busy. Please allot up to an hour to get from place to place. Most of the time it doesn't take even close to that amount of time- but you never know. It's better to over time it than under time it
