High School Uca Cheer Results Question

In the UCA High School National Championships, what does the I and II refer to? It is behind the name of several of the classifications. Is it like an "A" and "B" level thing? For example: Small Varsity I and Small Varsity II. They don't clarify this so it's probably common knowledge and I'm being a dunce again. Any help?

Its based on size of school. DI is 1300+ students, DII is 1299 or fewer students enrolled in grades 9-12

If you watched the telecast yesterday, they actually tell you right at the beginning ofthe show w/ the sizes and breakdowns of all. :-)
