Exactly! We're known to be in priority seating for "rival" gyms (which can sometimes get the hairy eyeball from their own fans that don't know us), but that's because we know a kid on that team and we're cheering them on. We know even more kids in more programs now (CEA, Charlotte Extreme, White Lightning, CAS, CSA, Elite Cheer and Dance) and we're not at all averse to walking into priority seating with their gym family to scream a lung up for them. In the end this is about kids....not the color uniform they're wearing. But, if you're sitting there "acting" like you're supporting people when you're really just being judgmental or stalker-ish...get a move on. Drives me nuts.This. it'also quite rude for athletes from a rival gym to hang out in priority seating in front of parents from the team that is on the stage, and openly criticize the team on the floor.
