Unfortunately, you have acted rude and more unprofessional than anyone who has stepped into the board thus far with your continuous jabs.

#1 - If you have a problem or have had a problem with music, the issue can be resolved by sending your appropriate information to [email protected] - If you have not had a problem, then you should not attacking anyone in this forum.

#2 - Your quote saying " Oh and to the little girlfriend who follows around..."... That was enough for me to read. You can Excuse yourself. I have my own separate company, I have three world titles, I am professional coach and choreographer and keep a good reputation, doing what I love. So as the "mature" adult you are, Id appreciate if you did not talk about me in this manner. I am simply posting my opinion, as everyone else does on the Fierceboard.

Thanks!

Continuous jabs? Because I posted something negative about the way something is being handled I am unprofessional and rude? I wasn't even going to comment on this topic until it was said that nothing was owed to anyone when in fact I believe money is owed to those who paid and had no music given in return. Not sure if you even read any other posts on this board that don't have to deal with this topic, but if you see my posts elsewhere I am very respectful to other people's posts. I have even been respectful to posts like Mr. Smileyface that regularly gets banned because I feel those posts deserve respect too.

Throw out how many titles you have all you want, that does not mean anything to me. A person can have 10 world titles and I would still have the same opinion of them if they had none. The reason I made that comment is because you came into this thread to back up the original post and then went on to fuel the fire and try and fight a fight that really has nothing to do with you. Chat is a big boy and can fight for himself so let him deal with this since people have a bone to pick with him and NOT you. This is not the first time that you have spoken up for Chat, which is fine, but when people have a problem with him and not you then step aside and let him deal with his business. You had more negative to say to people then he did in this thread so in fact he acted more professional then you did.

I have not ordered from Chat but that doesn't mean that I can't have a problem with the way something is going down. I have that right as an American to voice my opinion and I did just that, sorry that you didn't like that I felt he was in the wrong. Looking at how many people "shimmied" my post I would say I am not alone in that opinion. I don't need to order music and get screwed over myself to know something isn't right plenty of other people have done that for me. I didn't attack anyone I stated an opinion. If you feel it was an attack I am sorry you are reading into it that way.

Like I posted before, if you are a major face of a company and I were you I would stay off the board and stop ruining the reputation more then it already is because the nasty attitude isn't helping at all. I am not affiliated with any company or gym so I don't have to worry about ruining anyone's reputation but you my friend do. There is no point in arguing over it because no one is going to change their mind.

#3 - If you are going to insult others for using their creative style to spell words differently... Maybe you should spell check your post first.

#4 - This is to everyone... If you have run a business before you would understand this incredible pressure and accuracy that it takes to be successful. SlapFire is starting on an excellent note. I agree that having a business owner and your creative talent separately is key. They will continue making amazing products and work on the customer service and past relationships as well.

*If you look or read something with a negative attitude, then you will surely have a negative response. I think that in some areas the posts were taken a little bit too of course and maybe outside the thought that was actually intended.*

Thanks!

There are definitely two sides of the spectrum here. But again, as a business owner you've really got to learn to take in the good with the bad as well as some reponsibility. People are going to see the wrong in everything you do, no matter how positive you've influenced an industry or society in general, and YOU MUST take it with a grain of salt.

It seems as though that you're ("ImBigRed") getting a little too personal as a business owner and/or rep of Slapfire. If you wanted to represent Slapfire professionally, then the first half of what you posted for #1 should have been the end of it. This would have left the entire issue of what "ztaprincess" had to say dead at the door (unprofessionalism). The first sentence of "#1" was extremely professional and impressive. However even the simple fact that you're numbering everything is showing a bit of immaturity on your part... ztaprincess isn't admitting to owning his/her own business or company, therefore is solely commenting on these boards as someone who has an opinion, or in it's simplest form "just another person who doesn't matter" (no disrespect intended Ztaprincess). You (ImBigRed) however are representing Chat, the staff of Slapfire as well as your company's opinion, no matter what the case is... You've made it known who you are on these boards. So no matter what, people will associate you with Slapfire, not to mention directly to Chat. You are no longer "simply posting your opinion, as everyone else does on the Fierceboard'... You are now a professional and must handle yourself that way as well. You must take in the good with the bad... Your company (in reference to Chat and the music he makes) is known for making great music. However there is a certain amount of unprofessionalism that seems to consistently follow him with whatever name he decides to go with for his music company and these posts are a prime example. Granted this is a public forum used for personal use by individuals, however if you're admitting and speaking as part of a company, then you really must use better judgement with what you say. Because even misspelling words purposefully can be distasteful, even when you say "he's creative for doing that"... By saying this, it seems you're just simply trying to find any excuse to support him, no matter how irrelevant it may be.

Your last comment, however I'm disappointed with. If you start an endeavor such as this, which as you stated "has never been done like this before", then weeks-months-even years of beta testing should be done in order to assure it works with as little flaws as possible. Granted you will run into a few kinks as you go. However an entire month of delay in the "SlapU" school in itself without any communication until long after if was suppose to start when people are paying hundreds of dollars (esp since Chat himself stated he hired someone to handle the business and communication side of things) is by far unacceptable at any level. Professionalism= preempted warnings days ahead of time that you're falling behind. Professionalism= constant responses by your business/communication specialist the day it's suppose to start when people are constantly asking questions through emails and forums. Professionalism= NEVER under any circumstances tell them because they make a negative comment, they deserve one in return. On a personal level this may be acceptable... However knowing you're a 3 time world champion, knowing you own your own business along side with helping Chat run his at Slapfire, knowing you're a professional coach and choreographer should be enough to keep your "personal" opinions and comments off the boards. I've actually heard good things about you personally, but professionally this is all so disappointing.

On a personal note (and you can take this how you want), it would help if Slapfire was just as communicative when things are going smoothly, as when they are having difficulties. Seems you follow "when the going gets tough, the tough get going" theory. Now that you are back on track, you have plenty of professional and unprofessional statements to express to everyone. However when systems shut down, AWOL, etc occur, your entire staff is no where to be found... Why is this..? Days and days on end of messages and not one person out of the entire staff could answer? Not even the person hired to by Chat to handle the business/communication side of the business?
