The USASF rules were updated last week. The new version includes the previously unreleased Level 6 rules for 2013-14. Updates include: Clarifying all cradles from waist level are illegal in L1. Specifically banning extended stunts from touching other extended stunts in L1, matching L2. Requiring a spotter for inverted release moves in L4 and L5. […]
 
I wish they would be more specific as to the image guidelines. I have already seen routines this year that "may" violate the policy for appropriate choreography according to the way the rule is written but of those routines I didn't see anything that I personally thought was inappropriate. The rule as it stands is far too subjective.
 
Interesting that there is a specific prohibition on spotted tumbling in the competitive SN division when there is no such prohibition in any other level.
