"State of the art facility" is the wording they use on their website which is why I put it in quotes above. Ultimately, it's still a large multi million dollar third party facility parents are going to pay for no matter their expectations. There aren't many large capacity venues with usable exhibition space to choose from, and I looked because I wanted to see where they could hold one Open National. It appears nowhere without running for many days.....unless they do bids (ETA-and with bids, it would still have to run for many days).
