i cant even see a list of teams for vod? you can just play it and it plays through the whole day from the beginning?? help!

You should see a list of teams for VOD - it's not all that long b/c not much has been uploaded that I can tell. And annoyingly - there's not a search function - BOOOO. You have to scroll down through the list. There should be a tab for each year - choose 2012.

and the way you scroll is theres a down arrow at the bottom center of the list of teams.... not a side scroll thing. it took me a while to find it :p

Does anyone know if I could add in$ for the live feed upgrade? I'm really frustrated with the lack of videos on VOD.

can i use the live feed on my computer and iphone? what about ipad? i thought i saw something about people's accounts getting messed up from signing in on two devices? do I just need to be sure two aren't open at the same time?

You can use it on multiple devices, but you are correct that it can't be at the same time.

I bought just the $35 VOD. This is the 3rd year I've bought this and it's always been pretty good - had a search function and videos came up within a decent timeframe. What the heck is going on this year??? It's now 8:16EST and still no additional videos have been loaded. I feel like USASF is ignoring the VOD customers - which is not fair!! I know our sr. coed's score and where they placed after their 2pm performance - but 6 hours later I still can't actually watch their performance.

I've asked about the delay in uploads and will let everyone know when I hear back. USASF is not ignoring VOD customers, but I don't know what the issue is at this time. It's obviously not acceptable.

I have heard back and the search/sort function is being worked on and will be operational as soon as possible, but I don't have a time frame.

It looks like new videos were just uploaded....finally. Hope it doesn't take this long going forward though. Shoot - spoke too soon. There are new videos - but not many...

I emailed them and they told me to refresh my screen periodically. Really????? I hadn't thought of that! Frustrating!!!

The last video I have is world cup lazers but there are still many other videos from ss and ssc that I didn't get yet? I don't understand in what order they are uploading the videos.

Yes, same here. It's really, really frustrating. I'm very disappointed.

As to the delay in uploading, here's what I was told:

We had a few issues today due to the stream. We were loading a very high quality video and it was just too much. We had to go back and adjust the size of the files and feel that this will NOT be an issue tomorrow.

Technical support was receiving and addressing support issues at a rate of 3 per minute for several hours.

It was a rocky first day but have made the necessary adjustments. Sorry for the delays.

some people are saying they have rock solid, firestorm, cny, eclipse and such, am i the only one without them? just bought the vod just to see those teams tonight and sort of disappointed...
