Does anyone know if I could add in$ for the live feed upgrade? I'm really frustrated with the lack of videos on VOD.

YES! I actually did this because i was so frustrated with the VOD. They will just charge you the additional $15 to bump you up to the combo package. Just email [email protected] from the email on your account and they will automatically do it.

I posted in a thread earlier tonight how happy I was with the live feed and VOD, but I have to retract my statement because I am also stuck on the same videos that were uploaded hours ago, while others are telling me there are several more. Very frustrated and I (like so many others) have already e-mailed them in regards to this issue.

Earlier I had just some of ss and ssc then some more were added but now I have mainly IO5, IOC5, IO6, and IOC6 with a couple ss and ssc thrown in. Where did the others go?! It's so frustrating. I expected to be able to go back and watch teams again with the on demand feature but that is not the case

Yeah! I watched 2 teams last night that I wanted to re-watch this morning and now neither are on one was a SS and one was an IOC5!

The reason I did this was b/c live feed I would not be home a lot for. this seemed easier... I never did it before as I judge enough all-star but I have so many good friends and kids I used to coach competing and I wanted to watch!

I'm still missing a ton, including 2 teams I really wanted to see! I thought maybe overnight they would figure it out...guess not!

Ours was finally put up last night....I was going to show my son this morning and now it's gone. Wt..... I know we didn't move on but do they just delete your video from VOD too?

I'm so glad I found this thread...I was about ready to throw the computer out the window!!! I emailed them also and am waiting to hear their response. I'll let you all know as soon as I hear something.

If I go back and purchase the $25 live stream on a diff. account will it only work for mobile or will it work on my PC as well?

The $50 package says mobile/live but not the $25 one.

The $50 package says mobile/live but not the $25 one.

The $25 is specifically for mobile and the quality will not look good on your pc.
