Some of you may know that 4 years ago I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I am a life long non smoker and quickly learned that if you have lungs, you can get lung cancer. My family started a non-profit foundation, We Wish, to raise money for lung cancer research and patient education. Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths in both men and women, and will kill more women that breast cancer and the next 3 leading cancer killers COMBINED. However, lung cancer is the least funded of all cancers.
Some people believe that at 11:11 our angels align to help us with our needs. So since today is 11/11, we are asking people to go to our website and donate $11. You can read our story and get the details of our campaign at www.wewish.net.
