Ill make a link at the top. If you start all the ones actually proposed as a new topic for discussion that will help as well. People don't like to venture too far off the board for anything.

when i click on cheer programs and check out the stats, i want to be able to click on my gym name and see all the users from my gym so i can add them as a friend! thatd be awesome! :)

But there are many people who want to remain anonymous and just express their opinion freely. So we will probably just keep it that way.

Can there be a way for someone to remain anonymous if they want to, but list others who don't mind? Is that possible? Maybe have a button next to the "Gym Name" that you can click to remain unseen when someone clicks the gyms name on the Cheer Program list?

The short answer (and answer to almost any request on here) is Yes it can be done.
But, should it be done? What you just described is easy for you, a power user, but difficult for the newer people. I think an idea like that has to be tabled for at least another year, and the look at again.
