What Is This Called And What Level Is It??

CP1 and CP2 in Shoulder stand with CP2 on top.
CP3 in front of shoulder stand holds hands of CP2 while being held up in a sitting high V position. CP3 gets thrown around the shoulder stand and back to original position by CP2.

What level and is this legal?
