So on my high school team we were going to do waterfalls/pancakes from fulls now realizing that's illegal what's more points twisting down from the full or bumping to the half and doing a waterfall/pancake? (We already have twist downs from one leg in the routine)

It would depend on the scoresheet/competition circuit you are using. Some could consider both a certain difficulty skill, where as others may put only one in that category. Read your scoresheet word for word to see what counts as a high difficulty element and what does not for your division (i.e. how many twisting/legal inversion/powerpress/body positions do you need in the routine to hit that top score range vs. how many you have at the moment).
