Where To Get Bows?

Does anyone know how to make bows with two ribbons like one side of the bow will be a different pattern from the other side?

sure. not sure if you figured it out yet but you just need to mark the ribbon at the middle (fold it in half and crease it then open so you can see where 1/2 way is) and then use your different (fabric, ribbon) one on each half either glue (I do not glue but many do and it works fine), or fabric bond. When you fold the ribbon to bow, you will have two different patterns. Some call it tick/tock....I think that is what you were looking for. Hope this information is helpful.
