All-Star Who Set Up The Fake Facebook Account?

There is a person that set up a facebook account and is friend requesting all the allstars in the charlotte area. Once they have been accepted as friends they are sending them flyers to come to their new gym location they are opening in the charlotte area. Umm wonder who that can be?

All the programs in the area have notified their athletes that this is happening and Facebook has been contacted. I see no other reason for this thread to be here since it has been handled.

I agree with the other posters. This most assuredly did happen because my kids and husband were one of the ones to get the request with the tryout information (as did the majority of our gym athletes on FB). However, FB deleted that account and it has been handled. Our owners took it as a positive thing to teach our kids about accepting friend requests from people you don't know since this "person" did not actually exist. A good lesson learned for our kids on internet safety. This thread should go away....there's no reason to stir any more drama than got stirred up in the last 24 hours.

if they couldn't figure that out from the <3 and the :) they may need to think a bit more before entering into a conversation with someone...sheesh.
