I think GymTyme Open was the first ever to throw twelve rewinds in a routine.

UofL did standing full, double back handspring to double's on hard floor. I was mind blown.

I believe HPU All-Girl was the first to do that gross hip stunt in 2006 where she did a scorpion to heel stretch, which looked liked an over stretch to me.

The person who posted most of Louisville's and Kentucky's accomplishments is dead on.

has anyone competed 9 1 1/2 ups?
because my friend from T&S said last year Orson's goal was to be the first team to compete 9, that's why they changed them to 1 1/2 for Worlds

Panthers 09? Idk if they faked any.

Nm they faked 2

Has there been a female that has thrown a standing double full and landed it in a competition??? Sure would like to see a video of it if it did happen.

Whitney Love has one, but she's not competed it yet tho. Hopefully she will do soon :)

Was he on the team this year or the year before?

And, I trumped myself. The first year I coached Rust we won worlds and we had a 31 year old. That was 2008.

He was on the team this year as well.

So no one figured out who the first tick tock was?
I know I've seen them in ancient vids from UCA in the 90s.

All girl tick tocks? Somewhere in the 90's. I just saw the first full ups in 95 I think (compete in a partner stunt routine). In all-star everything old is new again! hah.

Pat Wedge competed stretch to stretch tic toc and Mike Pare competed opposite arabesque to stretch at 1994 UCA college partner stunt. Very soon after, they made their way into team routines.

A couple of interesting points:
Back then the bases were given the credit for doing the difficult stunts unlike today.
Tic Tocs/fullups are very old but were not given credit in the all star world until 2007 when they became necessary to score in the highest range at NCA.

On a side note: Everyone knows everyone so I feel like the "new trick" for the season gets started with a simple rumor/choreographer....then everyone's like, 'oh this is gonna be hot.' Fail. That full up you were doing was done waaaaaay back when !

These I'm positive about:
Step 1 was the first team in Ohio to go to worlds. 2006
Step 1 was the first team in Ohio to receive a partial and a full paid bid.
Step 1 competed the first standing double in Ohio (Q). 2010

Not 100% on..:
I believe Step 1 was the first team to do this stunt inversion (starts at like 0:55): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIvxSgN4MFA&feature=youtube_gdata_player in 2007-2008.
Also, the "fly over" in a pyramid, where one flyer holds onto another's ankles and both are thrown into the air while the top flyer lands on her stomach (around 1:52): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyfm9eGRTA4&feature=youtube_gdata_player in 2007. It was featured in American Cheerleader Magazine.

Wilmington Allstars did stretch to stretch tic tocs (the real ones) in maybe 98 but I know 99... Their junior coed team did lib to stretch tic tocs (the real ones) in 2000-2001 season.
Not sure if those were the first but it made an impact at nationals those years!

was ACE the first quad crown winners? i mean they won nca uca cheersport and worlds. ? (this year)
