I know that the way bids are awarded has been changed this year.

But the language they use is still is not perfectly clear (to me).
"WILDCARD bids will go to the highest scoring bid eligible teams across different levels." If 3 wild card bids are given, do they look at grand champ scores across all levels, and then take the top 3?
Say for example the top scores (in order) went to a L3, L5, L1 and L2, L4. But the L5 team already has a bid. So the comp awards WC bids to grand champs of L3, L1, and L2?
