Let's be nice to the interviewer, her job isn't easy! She has to put a positive spin on it in some way, ya know? She can't just be like "nah I'm not gonna talk to y'all" because it's, ya know, her job.
Also THAT CROWD IS SO LOUD WOW it must be amazing to hit there!!

I know she's got a tough job but I think she's made everyone cry so far lol.

I assume the concern is moreso that since they're tumbling THROUGH it, if it were to blow slightly to the side as they're jumping, they may get caught.

Well it's HARD to be a senior and not cry right after your last routine no matter how well you did! I'm not a crier but as a senior... I cried so much. And I think most teams would send one of their seniors for the interview even if it's not explicitly mentioned.
