How did blink manage 15pts in deductions?

From what I can see:
TB = 2 pt
Major SF = 4 pt
I have no idea where the other 9 points are coming from, safety infractions perhaps? I know Robert's basket toss wasn't properly caught, I'm not sure if any part of his body touched the ground.
